How it works
- You set it up (15 minutes). Sign up, tell us your parent's name and area code, and we give them their own local phone number. Point their Gmail at us with one forwarding setting — we walk you through it, together or over the phone.
- They call, we read. "You have four new emails from two senders. Press 1 for Mary — she sent photos from the lake trip." Photos are described aloud; documents are summarized by what actually matters.
- You stay in the loop. Your dashboard shows their call activity, a forwarding-health monitor, and every photo in a family gallery you can share.

Why it's safe
We never have their password. Their Gmail forwards chosen mail to a private address we host — a setting in their own account that you or they can switch off at any moment. We only ever see what you choose to forward, and we delete it on schedule (90 days). Their code is required on every call, and repeated wrong guesses lock the line.

Questions families ask
- Does my parent need a smartphone?
- No. Any phone that can dial a number works — landline, flip phone, anything.
- Do you read all of their email?
- Only what their Gmail forwards to us — and Gmail's filters can limit that to the people they care about. Spam is never forwarded.
- What if they mark something as read by accident?
- Read/unread lives in our system, not their Gmail — nothing in their real mailbox ever changes.
- Can I cancel easily?
- Yes, from your dashboard in two clicks. The line keeps working through the end of the period you've paid for.
